Robert Burns
Principal / CEO
Robert has managed and consulted for medical practices for more than 30 years.
Instrumental in many local practice start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, he continues to advise and manage some of the premier physicians and practices in Memphis.
Robert was a graduate of Memphis State University (now University of Memphis).
Eric Gibson
Principal / CFO
For the last 20 years, Mr. Gibson has worked exclusively in healthcare and physician practice management and consulting.
His experience includes hospital, physician practice, and MSO operations, information technology, and financial services and solutions.
Eric is a graduate of Union University.

Following a long history of practice management experience and success, principals Robert Burns and Eric Gibson formed ClearlyMD in 2013 in partnership with several Memphis-area physicians and practices.
